It is quite thought-provoking indeed. The author asset that Constant innovation and change within an organization are as likely to damage the organization as they are to improve it, is a laudable claim, but ultimately a misleading one. Obviously the author unnecessarily extends this broad issue to an irreversible extreme while overlooks other compelling factors involved. This propostion is difficult to support under closer examinations. My personal experience and actual observation of life have lead me to conclude this statement false.
