Support your views with reasons and/or examples from your own experience, observations, or reading. | Score & Analysis Recently there has been much debate about the view of "the best strategy for managing a business, or any enterprise, is to find the most capable people and give them as much authority as possible." It is quite thought-provoking indeed. The author's claim that capable people are only factors for business to success is a laudable claim, but ultimately a misleading one. Obviously the author unnecessarily narrows this broad issue to an irreversible extreme while overlooks other compelling factors involved which might affect people's judgment. This proposition cannot sustain under closer examination. As the paragraphs to come will demonstrate my point of view. This essay has been rated a score of 5.
