BETTER WAY OF COMPLAINTopic 160: When people need to complain about a product or poor service, some prefer to complain in writing and others prefer to complain in person. Which way do you prefer? Use specific reasons and examples to support your answer. | Score & Analysis I will prefer to complain in writing reather than personaly. There are numbers of advantage for giving writing complain in comparision of persence of high authiorty person. By giving writing complain ,specilly for some product defact or some problem with management person we are able to give full details of product or management problems and along with we are able to give suggestion to prevent this kind of situation in near future. The second most benefit for providing writing complain is that , you get satisfaction becouse when you give some compalin in writing , you got some kind of proof but if you complain personaly there is no doubt intial impact will be effective but only for short time not for long term , so for getting long term effect and constant effect we should choose writing way of complain. The importance of writing complain also realized in work performance effect as you can not ignore writing complain , in comparison of verbal complain ,you can avoid or ignore the problems finally i conclueded that writing complain have lot of benefits over personaly way of compalin .
