"Research indicates that those who exercise regularly are hospitalized less than half as often as those who don't exercise. By

First of all the author\'s conclusion that people who exercise regularly are hospitalized less is based on the assumption that all the people who are hospitalized, wouldn\'t have been hospitalized, had they exercised regularly. The above argument suggesting that by providing gym facility to municipal employees to achieve a balanced town budget is not persuasive at all for a number of reasons.
