    Dictionary meaning of company is a group of people often having a common purpose. The new age corporations may be quite complicated in structure and hierarchy yet they all are called \'company\' and they are aptly so. Comapany fulfills its common goals and makes profits in a way that highlights efforts of all its employees. So it\'s a valid point to say that every employee should be taken in confindence while making profit distributing policies.     The Author states that all employees should provide guidance to their bosses on how to use profits. The Author makes a wrong assumption that a boss needs guidance from all employees regarding usage of profits, further to this the author fails to realize that the board of directors and chairman are there for making such decisions .
